It’s almost my birthday! That means it’s a good time for reflection. One tool I’ve been using for that work is a resource a coachee suggested. In Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life, Marshall Rosenberg describes a way of interacting with others that enriches the lives of all parties. I’ll get into the NVC approach below, but before I do, I want to share why it’s become such good for thought.
